Mitsui & Co. Asset Management Holdings has brought together Mitsui & Co.’s resources in the area of asset management, including people, expertise, money, and information. Our task is to expand the assets managed by the Mitsui & Co. group.

Mitsui & Co. Asset Management Holdings will work to further expand the real estate asset management business of the Mitsui & Co. group through its role as a strategic base for the establishing of new real estate fund management companies, and the planning and implementation of M&A schemes.

Mitsui & Co. Asset Management Holdings coordinates the business of real estate asset management subsidiaries and invests actively in funds formulated by those subsidiaries, with the aim of expanding the managed assets of the entire Mitsui & Co. group.
